This promotion highlights Mario’s outstanding contributions to the company and his proven leadership in production and service-related issues throughout his tenure.
Mario, who has been with Sidus Solutions for 5 years, has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in managing production processes and ensuring operational efficiency. In his new role, he will serve as the main point of contact for all production-related matters, coordinating closely with managers across departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and focus on optimizing our production processes,” said Mario Moreno. “One of my main objectives is to engage more with the assembly areas and work closely with technicians to identify opportunities for improvement. By utilizing Engineering Change Request (ECR) forms, we can make our processes more efficient and continue delivering high-quality products.”
In addition to overseeing production flow, Mario will also work alongside the Quality department to establish training metrics and cross-training initiatives. By addressing Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) and generating in-process Quality Assurance (QA) inspections between assembly processes, Mario will ensure that Sidus Solutions continues to meet its rigorous quality standards.
