4K Resolution

4K resolution cameras record video at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.  It is also described as Ultra HD because the resolution is 4 times the resolution of a 1080 HD camera.

4K resolution is often found in high end cameras and provide clearer and crisper images. It allows the photographer to crop and zoom images without losing clarity. The increased resolution produces sharper images and more vibrant colors.
